About the Role

This role involves leveraging technical expertise to drive architectural transformation, fostering innovation across technology, process, and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Technical Solutions: Validate design decisions and emerging technologies through hands-on implementation.
  • Achieve Architectural Direction: Deliver strategic initiatives with clear target states, ensuring alignment and adoption across teams.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Architecture, Strategy & Governance, and Product teams to ensure cohesive goals.
  • Develop Reusable Patterns: Promote internal patterns and reference implementations, enhancing engineering practices.
  • Lead Design Discussions: Engage in workshops and proof of concept efforts, driving scalable solutions for large volumes of data and high throughput.

In this role, you will be at the centre of our technological evolution, shaping the future of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. You will have the opportunity to explore how systems fit together, zooming out for the big picture and implementing practical outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven Expertise: Strong understanding of architecting scalable solutions, with ERP-specific experience a significant advantage.
  • Cloud Platforms and Integration: Familiarity with cloud platforms, integration strategies, and non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and availability.
  • Programming Languages and Ecosystems: Broad experience with modern programming languages, including C#/.NET.
  • Linux, Kubernetes, Machine Learning, or GenAI: Familiarity with these technologies is a bonus, as they are part of our evolving toolkit.
