About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Assurance and Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading transformation projects and programs, ensuring they align with strategic outcomes and deliver high-quality results.

Your primary focus will be on reviewing and analyzing critical project and program artefacts, identifying key risks, and developing recommendations to improve outcomes. You will also lead client engagements, including fieldwork interviews and final presentations, and oversee the delivery of a comprehensive report outlining findings and suggested solutions.

As a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with project directors, executives, and team members, providing guidance and support throughout the transformation process. Additionally, you will engage in business development activities, identifying opportunities to help clients solve complex problems and develop future job proposals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in project and program assurance or portfolio management, particularly within the Federal or state government environment. You should be skilled in proactively identifying project risks and finding appropriate solutions, as well as possessing an advanced understanding of project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead transformation projects and programs, ensuring alignment with strategic outcomes and delivery of high-quality results
  • Review and analyze critical project and program artefacts, identifying key risks and developing recommendations to improve outcomes
  • Lead client engagements, including fieldwork interviews and final presentations, and oversee the delivery of a comprehensive report
  • Build strong relationships with project directors, executives, and team members, providing guidance and support throughout the transformation process
  • Engage in business development activities, identifying opportunities to help clients solve complex problems and develop future job proposals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in project and program assurance or portfolio management, particularly within the Federal or state government environment
  • Skilled in proactively identifying project risks and finding appropriate solutions
  • Advanced understanding of project management methodologies
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
