About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Inclusion Support Educator to join our team at Kids Academy Killara. As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will play a vital role in developing our children's lifelong love of learning, particularly those with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children, ensuring a holistic and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with a team of educators to implement the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and promote child-led discovery.
  • Create lasting connections with our local community, including partnerships with families, to support the centre's goals.
  • Contribute to the centre's efforts to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards.
About You
  • You hold a Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
  • You have a current Working with Children's Check.
  • You are passionate about developing our little learners and committed to creating an inclusive environment.
