About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator - Inclusion Support to join our team at Kids Academy Spring Farm. As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will play a vital role in developing our children's lifelong love of learning, working closely with children with additional needs to make a real difference in young learners' lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF, and share the excitement of child-led discovery.
  • Individual work with children who require additional support, making a tangible difference in their lives.
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families.
  • Support the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.
About You
  • Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent - desirable.
  • Have a current Working with Children's Check - required.
  • A passion to develop our little learners - above all else.
