About the Role

This role is responsible for coordinating the workload within the Renovations Team to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner and customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily workload across the team including prioritisation of activities to ensure completion within required timeframes. Take immediate action to reduce backlog. Complete Renovation processes assigned in an accurate & timely fashion. Effectively assist with Client queries while maintaining/nurturing relationships
  • Action quality assessments to ensure that processes are being followed and quotes are accurate. Monitor Renovation Tickets to ensure KPI's are being met
  • Provide guidance, instruction, training and leadership to the team for the purpose of achieving key results. This includes assisting with the day to day running of the team and be the first point of escalation. Identify knowledge gaps in team and assist with their development where required
  • Effectively assist with internal queries in relation to Renovations. Demonstrate advanced knowledge and confidently relate renovations procedures and requirements. Maintain and update Renovation work instructions for team
  • Ensure IMS gets updates throughout the process to ensure that all tickets accurately reflects the current status of each renovation
  • Liaise with external stakeholders as required (employers, financiers, and other fleet leasing providers) in a professional manner in order to facilitate the renovations and build relationships
  • Identify & report to the Manager any issues or potential issues made aware of including but not always relating to Renovation team which could have negative impact on sgfleet

Requirements

  • Solid previous experience in a customer service role
  • Ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships with superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to motivate and lead others to meet the departmental KPI's. Ability to share knowledge and coach others
  • Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to prioritise and deliver against challenging deadlines
  • Can resolve problems through to completion resolution in a timely and effective manner
  • Sound computer skills including strong MS Office
  • High level numeracy, attention to detail and ability to understand complex finance/taxation concepts
