Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in one of the most complex areas of law, making a positive impact on people's lives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others, excellent technical knowledge, and a high level of attention to detail. They will be responsible for providing accurate advice and assistance to clients, preparing and lodging visa applications, and representing clients in interviews and appeals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and assistance to clients regarding visa options and eligibility
  • Prepare and lodge various types of visa applications, including family visas, working visas, Administrative Review Tribunal and Federal Court appeals
  • Represent clients in visa-related interviews and appeals
  • Manage your own caseload with support from a Paralegal
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration legislation and regulations


Requirements
  • A strong background in immigration law, preferably with experience as an Immigration Lawyer
  • Excellent technical knowledge of current Australian immigration law and policy
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting deadlines
  • Experience managing a large caseload with multiple deadlines
