Role Overview

As an Immigration Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end legal services to corporate and individual clients. You will work with experienced lawyers and paralegals to manage files, deadlines, and client expectations.


Caseload Responsibilities
  • Strategic immigration advice and compliance
  • Employer-sponsored visas
  • Global Talent visas
  • Partner, parent, and other family visas
  • General skilled migration
  • Merits review applications (e.g., Administrative Appeals Tribunal matters)
  • Ministerial intervention requests

Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Minimum 2 years' post-admission experience in Australian immigration law
  • Strong working knowledge of migration legislation and visa categories
  • Excellent communication and legal research skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage files, deadlines, and client expectations
  • Proficiency in LEAP Migration Manager, ImmiAccount, Legendcom, and Microsoft Office; experience with Affinity is highly desirable
  • Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach; reliable, approachable, and positive team player
