We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated companion to deliver high-quality care to our residents. The role involves liaising with the General Manager to develop a plan for each resident, coordinating requested personal outing services, completing accurate participation notes, building rapport, and offering companionship.

The Role- Liaise with the General Manager to develop a care plan for each resident.
- Coordinate requested personal outing services.
- Complete accurate and detailed participation notes.
- Foster positive relationships and provide companionship to each participant.
- Manage time effectively to meet the needs of each resident.
We are looking for someone with a passion for caring for others, who goes beyond just doing a job. Prior experience in aged care is an advantage, but we will provide training for new staff members. Most importantly, you must be committed to holistic care that supports residents in achieving their goals and having their needs met.
