Job Opportunity

The Maintenance Supervisor role is a key position in our hotel's maintenance department.

This is a physically demanding job that requires an energetic and enthusiastic person who is ready and willing to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general maintenance activities for the upkeep of the Hotel to high standards
  • Carry out plumbing, carpentry, grouting, painting and other tasks
  • Supervise maintenance Team Members and provide guidance and support
  • Ensure all areas of property are maintained
  • Verify that maintenance Team Members adhere to correct policies
Requirements:
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Must be available to work 38 hours a week from Monday to Friday
  • Have knowledge and understanding of similar general maintenance positions (i.e., plumbing, painting, and general maintenance)
  • Commit to delivering exceptional service
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be reliable and articulate in the job
