Hotel Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our 4-star property in Melbourne, Australia.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits and review revenue postings on a regular basis
- Deliver exceptional guest services, including check-in/check-out and request handling
- Ensure accurate settlement and maintenance of guest accounts
- Maintain security procedures to protect guest confidentiality and safety
- Provide support to operations and general managers with various tasks
- Assist with food and beverage duties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid RSA and first aid certifications or willingness to obtain prior to starting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office, and Opera preferred
