Job Title: LED Screen Specialist

As an LED screen specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining large-scale LED video walls and control systems. This involves working on permanent installations including billboards, pylons, and wall displays to ensure each project is set up, configured, and maintained to the highest standard.

This role combines hands-on technical work with problem-solving and collaboration with various teams. It requires a high level of attention to detail, strong technical skills, and excellent communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, calibrate, and maintain LED video walls and control systems.
  • Manage video signal flow (HDMI, SDI, DVI, CAT6, fibre) and power distribution.
  • Operate LED control software and troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance, including pixel repair and alignment.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in LED screen setup, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Proficient with LED configuration software and familiar with processors, scalers, and media servers.
  • Understanding of DMX/ArtNet lighting integration and basic soldering/cable repair.
  • Able to work at heights, lift heavy equipment, and operate safely in varied conditions.
  • Qualifications/tickets such as OH&S, Working at Heights, White Card, and Certificate III in Electronics & Communications are desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a professional, client-focused approach.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel when required.
