Job Opportunity

This exciting position exists in digital health to contribute to the overall business strategy as a Product Manager. Working closely with the Senior Product Manager and team, you will have a key role in being the voice of the customer, committing to and delivering on business and product objectives while overseeing technical development.

About the Role

Deliver fit-for-purpose products and features into the healthcare market that creates customer satisfaction and business value.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Gather and prioritise product features that align with the defined product vision and strategy, whilst also collecting customer insights on key workflows and pain points.
  • Partner with the Tech and Design Teams to work with respective squads in building roadmaps and planning cadence for delivery.
  • Engage in competitor analysis to understand competitors' product offerings, market penetration and strategies.
  • Work across multiple streams of work, document workflows and articulate business and technical requirements.
  • Lead key documentation of project artefacts including Minutes, Agendas, Business Cases and Tenders.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business-related or technology discipline.
  • Highly regarded: Business Analyst certification.
  • Appropriate qualifications in Agile Methodology.

Desirable Skills

You may also have:

  • Around 2 years relevant experience delivering successful and innovative consumer products, e.g., product associate, product specialist, and/or BA skills.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Healthcare industry experience strongly desired.
  • Expertise in technology, digital health preferred.
