Product Development Specialist

  • We're looking for a Product Development Specialist who can turn design visions into practical, production-ready realities.

In this role, you'll work hands-on to refine, test, and prototype our designs. Whether in-house or with external suppliers, you'll troubleshoot, adjust, and adapt until everything transitions smoothly to full-scale production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Refine, test, and prototype designs.
  • Troubleshoot and adapt designs for smooth transition to full-scale production.
  • Work with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years experience in a similar role, demonstrating clear tenure in product development.
  • Experience in Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with Adobe cloud-based software, Excel, and software/technology in general.
  • Serious nous around the manufacturing process and technical drawing.
  • Extensive testing knowledge and supplier prototyping management.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong understanding of design principles and visual aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
