Christian Education Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary leader to join our team as Principal, commencing in 2026 or earlier by negotiation.

  • Lead a committed team of educators, supporting professional growth and high-quality teaching, while partnering with families and the wider community to strengthen engagement and mission.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver on the Vision of being a Transformational Christian Learning Community grounded in core values of Faith, Hope, and Love.
About You:
  • You possess a vibrant personal faith in Christ and a strong commitment to Christian education.
  • Demonstrates proven leadership experience in a school setting, ideally with senior leadership or principalship responsibilities.
  • Brings a deep understanding of teaching, learning, and contemporary educational practice, coupled with exceptional relational and communication skills.
  • Has the vision and courage to lead in a challenging yet rewarding environment, with resilience and humility.
