Job Summary:

This is a senior-level position that requires extensive experience in technical business analysis, solution design, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and finance, with expertise in requirements gathering, system implementation, and process improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather and communicate business requirements;
  • Design and implement technical solutions that meet client needs and drive business outcomes;
  • Lead project teams and ensure successful project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions that leverage technology and industry best practices;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis and solution design;
  • Strong knowledge of banking and finance systems, processes, and regulations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups;
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
