Lead Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled retail professional to lead our team at DFO Brisbane.

About the Role:

As a Lead Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for achieving store financial targets and company key performance indicators while fostering a dynamic team empowered to surpass expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a customer-centric culture and meaningful store experience through leading by example
  • Develop the talent within your team and drive sales, profit, and productivity by achieving targets set by the business
  • Craft a welcoming and visually captivating atmosphere that effortlessly grabs customers' attention through expertise in Visual Merchandising
  • Efficiently oversee store rostering and expenses, maintaining a sharp emphasis on commercial acumen
  • Manage stock (up to 15kg) in a fast-paced environment ensuring we can service our customers
  • Diligently track store sales performance, recognizing exceptional results and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement - communicate findings to peers and senior management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager
  • A passion for the retail industry is a must
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
  • Operational excellence, experienced across stock control & visual merchandising
