We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Omnichannel Solutions Architect / Presales Engineer to join our team at Shopline. As a key member of our business development process, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team throughout the discovery, scoping, validation, and project management phases of system integration projects with leading ERP and OMS systems in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Discovery and Scoping:
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to understand the requirements and pain points of prospective retail merchants.
