General Tradesperson

Job Description:

This role involves working as a skilled tradesperson to deliver high-quality services and support to clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing repairs and maintenance services, anticipating and resolving issues, developing strong partnerships, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have proven work experience in a similar industry, mandatory trade qualification in Carpentry or a related field, a driver's licence, and relevant licenses such as Carpentry Licence; Contractor Grade, Nominee Supervisor Grade or Site Supervisor Grade. CPR/LVR is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing repairs and maintenance services to clients
- Anticipating and resolving issues without supervision
- Developing strong partnerships through effective communication
- Ensuring compliance with OHS guidelines and maintaining safe workplaces
- Working within self-managed teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven work experience in a similar/related industry
- Mandatory Trade qualification in Carpentry or similar field
- Drivers Licence
- Carpentry Licence; Contractor Grade, Nominee Supervisor Grade or Site Supervisor Grade
- CPR/LVR (preferred)
