  • Review applications for relief from legislation, analyze submissions, and prepare recommendations.

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Detailed knowledge of the financial advice and funds management sectors.
  • Strong understanding of ASIC's regulatory environment.
  • Experience assessing and challenging complex information.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to draft clear analysis and advice on complex matters.
