Enhance Clinical Excellence as a Lead Speech Pathologist
About the RoleIn this pivotal position, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and governance to our team of Speech and Language Pathologists. Your expertise will play a critical role in enhancing best practice standards, fostering practitioner development, and ensuring top-tier clinical services.
This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders within a therapeutic support framework to empower customers with complex allied health needs. You will deliver customised Speech and Language pathology services aligned with organisational values and the individualized, person-centered approach of our Service Delivery model.
You will also provide clinical guidance and supervision to Speech and Language Pathologists, optimise client plans using evidence-based practices, and lead training sessions to enhance team skills and foster professional development among Speech therapy staff.
The position will involve conducting routine audits for quality assurance, staying updated on Speech therapy developments, establishing clinical standards, and creating resources to enhance customer experience.

Essential Criteria
- Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Tertiary level qualifications in Speech Therapy
- Proven experience leading, mentoring and motivating a team
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong commitment and professionalism to customer centred care
- Highly motivated and a positive attitude
- Current driver's license
