We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Ipswich and the wider therapy network across QLD, NSW, and the ACT.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality assessment and intervention services to customers of all ages, their families, and carers. The successful candidate will manage a mixed caseload with complex and varied needs and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to think critically and creatively, and have a passion for delivering evidence-based therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality speech pathology assessment and intervention services to customers of all ages.
- Manage a mixed caseload with complex and varied needs.
- Work collaboratively with customers, their families, and carers to identify strengths, skills, and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support customer outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Experience delivering evidence-based therapy to a paediatric, adolescent, and/or adult caseload.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities in an autonomous, efficient, and effective manner.
- A family-friendly workplace with flexible hours to manage home and work life effectively.
- Ability to negotiate working from home when appropriate to your caseload.
- Formalised supervision, peer-to-peer support, and attendance at regular therapy forums, as well as structured internal training and support.
