Speech Pathology Specialist

We are a leading provider of Allied Health services, delivering support to thousands of participants in the community with Occupational & Speech Therapy services.

Our team is open to discussions with Speech Therapists of all experience levels who enjoy working in the community. If you have an interest in Paediatrics or specific caseload interests, we would like to speak with you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic services promptly.
  • Providing speech pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and the community.
  • Using clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpreting findings to set personalized treatment goals.
  • Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintaining awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.

To be considered suitable for this role, you will have:

  • A current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills for managing a varied caseload.
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and learning opportunities.
  • A desire to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
