Job Title: Senior Civil Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Designer to join our team in Gold Coast, Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality designs using 12D software and ensuring project delivery across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality designs using 12D software;
  • Manage, plan, resource, and complete assigned modelling projects within agreed budgets and deadlines;
  • Assist the Project Manager in determining drafting and design resources required for a project plan;
  • Produce project documents that are accurate, clear, and concise;
  • Resolve complex technical drafting and design issues;
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with Project Managers, Design Engineers, and drafters within other disciplines.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Engineering degree and/or certifications;
  • At least 5+ years of demonstrated industry experience in the application of 12D software;
  • Experience using various software programs such as AutoCAD;
  • Design knowledge in road design, earthworks, grading design, and utilities design;
  • Excellent client-focus and sound technical know-how;
  • Ability to develop elements of design from concept sketches to detailed drawings;
  • A high attention to details and ability to deliver quality output within the timeline.
Desirable Experience:
  • Experience working on Urban Development projects within Southeast Qld or Northern NSW.
