Senior Civil Designer

Job Description:

As a Senior Civil Designer, you will play a key role in delivering project solutions for various sectors on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and experience in using 12D software, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools. You will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality project documents, managing resources, and collaborating with Project Managers, Design Engineers, and drafters.

You will work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of projects, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality output. Additionally, you will develop professional relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced civil designer to take their career to the next level, working on challenging projects and collaborating with a talented team of professionals.

Requirements:
  • Relevant Engineering degree or certifications;
  • At least 5+ years of demonstrated industry experience in civil design standards;
  • Experience using various software programs such as AutoCAD, 12d Synergy;
  • Design knowledge in road design, earthworks, grading design, and utilities design (water, sewer, drainage);
  • Excellent client-focus and sound technical know-how;
  • Ability to develop elements of design from concept sketches to detailed drawings;
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on Urban Development projects within Southeast Qld. or Northern NSW;
