About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team in preparing high-quality meat products to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To methodically and accurately break, cut and portion meat as indicated on work sheets or directed by senior staff.
  • To prepare Vic's Premium Quality Meat products such as sausages and burgers.
  • Daily assessment of stock levels to mitigate carry forwards and wastage.
  • To communicate any meat quality or specification issues to senior staff.
  • To complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To assist in daily cleaning and maintenance of the factory.
  • Collaborative work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Meat Processing or equivalent qualification.

- Physically fit and strong individual with good manual dexterity.

Experience and Qualifications

Butchers & Meat Cutters: 3 years experience preferred.

Australia Work Authorisation: Must have valid work authorisation.

Work Location: In person work arrangement required.
