Meat Cutter Position Available

We are seeking an experienced Meat Cutter to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing various types of meats to meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Cut and prepare meats according to strict quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and workplace health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain clean and organized workplaces, following proper sanitation protocols.
- Monitor product quality, ensuring meats meet required cutting skills, presentation, freshness, and stock control criteria.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a meat cutting or related role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of different types of meats and cuts is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy boxes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygiene practices is a plus.
- Team player with good communication and time management skills.
Work Environment:
- The work environment involves colder areas.
- Use of personal protective equipment and hygienic clothing are required.
- Standing for long hours, lifting boxes, and tight time limits are occasionally required.

Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $29.20.
