Senior Defence Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced program management professional to deliver services in support of defence.
This role requires strong expertise in FMS/ITAR management, autonomy, and proven leadership in defence project delivery.
- FMS/ITAR management activities oversight.
- Project teams lead and scope, budget, scheduling management.
- Risk management drive, reporting, defence stakeholder engagement.
- Defence capability delivery planning, IIS planning, logistical rollout support.
- Transition of support responsibilities for defence programs.
- Configuration management and contractual deliverables contribution.
- FMS/ITAR knowledge and experience.
- Tertiary degree in business, law, engineering or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
- Defence/technical industry background.
- ASDEFCON and CASG processes working knowledge.
- Contract drafting, tender evaluation, defence capability life cycle experience.
- NV2 Security Clearance essential.
As a successful candidate you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
