Leisure and Lifestyle Professional

We are seeking an experienced Leisure and Lifestyle Professional to develop and implement innovative leisure and lifestyle activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To design, plan and execute leisure and lifestyle programs that promote social interaction, recreation and relaxation for residents.
  • To liaise with residents, carers and staff to understand their needs and preferences and incorporate these into program planning.
  • To lead and guide staff in planning and delivering activities, ensuring seamless execution and evaluation.
  • To assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • To work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to resident care and wellbeing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in aged/community care or lifestyle programs is essential.
  • A Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or equivalent qualifications is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to embody our values of compassion, respect, imagination and boldness every day.
