Clinical Leader for Home Services

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a dynamic service with significant growth and a thriving new home maternity unit. As Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight of our service in Geelong, working collaboratively with our hospital and external providers to deliver a first-class service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a culture of continuous improvement where all patient encounters influence a memorable patient experience.
- Monitor, analyse and report variances and trends in clinical data to continuously improve clinical quality and safety outcomes.
- Contribute to policy and procedure development to optimise clinical outcomes and enhance the patient experience.
- Promote seamless care in the community and ambulatory setting through effective collaboration with hospitals.
- Promote evidence-based practice, including research and quality activities to improve patients' care in the home setting.
To succeed as a Nurse Manager, you must possess a Registered Nurse qualification from the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA), a Tertiary qualification in nursing, management and/or relevant discipline, and recent acute clinical experience in home nursing. A State drivers license, Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance are also required.
