Job Title: Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team at ServiceNow. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement network architectures to meet business requirements
  • Configure and troubleshoot network devices and equipment
  • Monitor and analyze network performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in network engineering with a strong foundation in routing, switching, security, and load balancing
  • Proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS), switching, and network security
  • Experience with network monitoring tools (Cacti, Splunk) and automation/scripting languages (Ansible, Python)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and troubleshoot complex network issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
