Expert Construction Lawyer Advisor

Key to our continued success is the addition of a junior construction lawyer with expertise in dispute resolution.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate professional to join our team and contribute strategically to business development activities.
The role will involve advising clients on complex issues arising from live projects, as well as formal dispute resolution through various channels including arbitration, court proceedings, mediation and adjudication. You will be given a high level of autonomy to lead matters, so you will need to be a technical expert who is confident in your ability to advise clients around construction law and its commercial application.
You will be a key contributor to the team's success, working closely with senior colleagues to identify new client opportunities and contribute strategically to proposals and tender efforts. You will also have the opportunity to develop valuable relationships and build your market presence.

- Be a qualified lawyer with at least five years experience (in-house or private practice)
- Have demonstrated expertise in construction law and dispute resolution
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to assimilate information quickly and handle multiple priorities under pressure or within tight timeframes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and diverse stakeholder audiences
- Be commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced high-performing team, and
- Bring energy and passion to the role
