Construction Lawyer Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Lawyer to join our team. As a Construction Lawyer, you will work closely with law departments and their internal business clients to provide deal support and participate on projects to improve our customers' contractual infrastructure, workflow, and processes.

You will work independently on assigned matters, but also collaborate with other members of the team and in-house teams to facilitate escalation and resolution of contract issues, update or draft templates, negotiation playbooks, and other contract infrastructure tools, capture various pieces of information related to contracts or matters that you support, and participate in or manage customer projects to improve contracting efficiency, cost effectiveness, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience years of PQE legal practice with at least 3 years of experience with commercial construction contracts support, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating.
  • Experience conducting simple to complex legal research and memorandum drafting.
  • Excellent track record in previous client support/customer service engagements.
  • Technical skills: Microsoft products like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experience with contract management, reporting, or workflow software tools.
