Our Construction and Disputes Team is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Senior Associate. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with major construction, engineering, energy, and resource projects across Australia and beyond.

This is an exceptional chance for a passionate construction lawyer to join our growing energy and infrastructure practice. You will be working closely with Partners on business development activities to identify new client opportunities and contribute strategically to proposals and tender efforts.

The ideal candidate will be a technical expert in construction law and dispute resolution with strong organisational skills, able to assimilate information quickly and handle multiple priorities under pressure or within tight timeframes. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and diverse stakeholder audiences.

We are looking for someone who is commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development, with a passion for working in a fast-paced high-performing team.   • A qualified lawyer with at least five years experience (in-house or private practice)
  • Demonstrated expertise in construction law and dispute resolution

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and diverse stakeholder audiences
