About the Role

This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey.

  • Assist customers in selecting the ideal bathroom products
  • Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone
  • Utilize the 3D Planner to bring customers' visions to life
  • Visit customers on-site to provide updates and maintain strong relationships
  • Maintain a safe and organized showroom environment

Suitable candidates will possess prior experience in retail sales or customer service, be energetic and willing to learn. They should also be comfortable using computers and open to working varying shifts.

Qualifications
  • Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
  • Energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
  • Comfortable with a computer and happy to learn new systems
  • Open to working various shifts, including weekends
  • Ambitious and eager to develop their career either locally or within our network
