Lead Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineer

Job Summary:

As a Lead Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of complex mechanical systems and components. You will lead a team of mechanical engineers to ensure project designs meet customer needs.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience as a Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineer, with a proven track record of leading complex projects
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical design, analysis, testing, and verification techniques
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in the aerospace or defence industry is highly desirable
  • Ability to obtain necessary security clearances
