**Clinical Lead for Gynaecology Services**
Our healthcare centre in Melbourne is a leading tertiary institution providing exceptional care to patients.
This leadership role oversees the Specialist Gynaecology Clinics, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and effective teamwork among nursing and multidisciplinary staff.
The Clinical Lead will possess expertise in Specialist Gynaecology and lead the growth of clinics at our Heidelberg facility, working closely with senior leaders to provide strong leadership and clear communications.
The key responsibilities include:
- Developing nurses in SGC to deliver evidence-based care
- Collaborating with senior leaders to drive clinical excellence and improve service standards
- Coordinating day-to-day operations and monitoring performance indicators
- Ensuring high standards of practice through quality assurance and patient satisfaction measures
- SUPPORTING ACCREDITATION EFFORTS AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT INITIATIVES
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A registered nurse qualification with AHPRA
- Three years of relevant experience in Specialists Clinics within an ambulatory setting
- A proven ability to work collaboratively in a skilled team to achieve goals and health outcomes
- Strong organisational skills, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- A postgraduate qualification in Women's Health or Continence Nursing or a relevant Masters qualification
