Assistant Front Office Manager

This role offers the opportunity to lead a team in a dynamic and exciting environment. The Assistant Front Office Manager will supervise the daily operations of the Front Office department, ensuring excellent customer relations and promoting a positive experience for all guests.

The ideal candidate will have 5 Star hotel front office or reservations supervisory experience, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer literacy in Hotel Property Management/Generic Office Systems is also essential.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the effectiveness of guest service, employee performances and development, and service enhancement. They will also ensure all records, guest and financial documentation are accurately maintained.
