Operations Analyst Role

At the forefront of innovation, we are seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to join our team. As an integral part of our Concepts and Analysis group, you will play a pivotal role in providing decision support services to customers.

The successful candidate will conduct modelling and simulation-based analysis to inform strategic decision making, working on cutting-edge projects with a hybrid work environment that combines flexibility and collaboration.

This role presents a unique opportunity to develop modelling and simulation-based military operations and advanced concept analysis, collaborate across multi-skill teams, and brief senior members on analytical outcomes.

To excel in this position, you will have demonstrated experience as a Maritime Warfare Officer, joint and combined operations or exercise experience, and excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement modelling and simulation-based analysis environments
  • Provide subject matter expertise to Phantomworks and wider projects
  • Brief senior stakeholders on analytical outcomes and implications
