Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and drive results.

The role involves partnering with stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives, enforcing company policies and guidelines, and managing organizational structure and change processes. Additionally, the COO will be responsible for overseeing budgets, contributing to program development, and promoting an inclusive culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications
