Quality Assurance Pharmacist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Pharmacist to join our team at our state-of-the-art compounding facility. This role is focused on quality control and product release for compounded oncology, antibiotics, TPN, and sterile products.

This is a permanent full-time position with a standard roster of 76 hours per fortnight. Early shifts start between 7:00am and 10:00am, with flexibility required to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Release all finished products, ensuring they meet quality specifications.
  • Evaluate and reject non-conforming products in a timely manner.
  • Document incidents, deviations, and complaints in the QMS.
Requirements:
  • A pharmacist with relevant tertiary qualification in Pharmacy.
  • Current AHPRA registration as Pharmacist in Australia.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Hospital or oncology experience is not required; comprehensive training will be provided. You must be able to manage your own workload and communicate effectively with health professionals.
