Disability Support Professional

We are seeking a Disability Support Educator to contribute to the development, presentation, and evaluation of program activities and experiences for clients with disabilities. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the team to support clients in achieving their NDIS goals and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging program activities that cater to the diverse needs of clients;
- Work closely with clients and their support networks to understand their requirements and preferences;
- Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of program effectiveness;
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong understanding of disability support principles and practices;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
