Strata Administration Assistant

Gough Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as a Strata Administration Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to a team of experienced Strata Managers and contribute to the smooth operation of the Bodies Corporates.
About the Role- Assist with managing repairs and maintenance for the Bodies Corporates
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Body Corporate and tradespeople
- Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)
You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge in strata administration.
The ideal candidate will possess 6+ months experience in Body Corporate or relevant transferrable skills across Real Estate or Property, a great can-do attitude and willingness to learn, ability to draft clear and concise correspondence, and excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
