Visual Arts Instructor Position

Selection Criteria:

SC1 - Curriculum Expertise

Demonstrated expertise in relevant curriculum areas, including integration of literacy and numeracy skills.

SC2 - Effective Instructional Practices

Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing evidence-based instructional strategies tailored to student learning needs, evaluating program impact on student growth, and refining practices accordingly.

SC3 - Student Learning Monitoring and Feedback

Demonstrated ability to monitor student learning, utilize data to inform practice, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

SC4 - Interpersonal and Communication Skills

Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaborative relationships among students, parents, colleagues, and the broader community, supporting student agency, wellbeing, and engagement.
