About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional artist to lead our paint and sip classes, fostering a fun and relaxed atmosphere for customers to enjoy.

  • Lead painting classes for groups of varying sizes and skill levels, creating engaging experiences for attendees.
  • Instruct and demonstrate painting techniques, offering guidance and feedback to guests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a warm and inviting environment for customers to unwind and express their creativity.
  • Possess an outgoing personality, able to entertain and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure seamless class execution, including setup and cleanup, to maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Capture creative and captivating photos and videos of each class, highlighting the unique aspects of our events.
  • Promote our social media presence and other programs through effective communication and engagement.
  • Collaborate with team members, working together to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Occasionally travel to offsite events, requiring the use of a car and flexible scheduling.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching painting techniques in a group setting
  • Proficiency in acrylic painting and ability to adapt to different styles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and conflict resolution
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, allowing for efficient planning and execution of classes
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing stress effectively
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, adapting to changing schedules and demands
  • Ownership of a smartphone capable of accessing the internet and/or a digital camera
  • Owning a car for occasional offsite events, ensuring reliable transportation and flexibility
  • Exclusive focus on teaching Paint and Sip classes at Ladder Art Space, allowing for specialization and expertise
  • Australian Business Number (ABN) required for tax purposes
