Director of Athlete Performance

The Senior Leader will oversee the strategic direction and delivery of Sports Science, Sports Medicine, and performance technology services across Australian Cricket. This role requires a senior leader to provide strategic guidance and operational oversight to ensure the successful implementation of sports science and medicine initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the sports science and medicine teams
- Oversee the delivery of sports science and medicine initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance athlete performance and well-being
- Senior leadership experience in sports science or medicine
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
