Real Estate Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Real Estate Assistant. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for greeting customers, handling phone and email inquiries, and providing administrative support to our Property Management and Sales departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers at the office and responding to phone and email inquiries">
  • Providing administrative support to both the Property Management and Sales Departments">
  • Accurate and timely communications with various parties">
  • Database management, including data entry and bulk communications">
  • Managing inspection software and social media accounts">
  • Assisting agents with inspections and property management duties">
  • Maintaining and updating records, filing, and archiving">
