Job Description

EACHChild is a service of EACH, providing high-quality child care and education services from our centre in Ringwood East on the lands of the Wurundjeri People.

Our 122 place not for profit childcare centre provides early learning and a kindergarten programs that are inclusive of all children up to the age of 5 years.

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our team, who will work across all age groups to provide support and education, high-quality early childcare and building rapport with children, staff and parents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate educational program in line with NQS/EYLF
  • Participate in family focused support for parents and families
  • Identify and address developmental and/or welfare concerns in conjunction with the Centre Manager
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development days

We are looking for a candidate with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work shifts across the centre opening hours.
