Job Title: Content Creator

We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Creator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for storytelling through photography, video, and writing, and be able to capture the energy, emotion, and purpose of our camps and ministry activities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your skills and experience to a dynamic and growing organisation. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for:

  • Capturing and editing visual content from CRU camps and events
  • Creating short-form videos for social media platforms
  • Writing engaging copy for web, print, and digital campaigns
  • Collaborating with staff and volunteers to uncover powerful stories
  • Managing content projects from concept to delivery
  • Maintaining organised archives of visual assets
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong and growing Christian faith, aligned with our mission
  • Skilled in photography, videography, and Adobe software (Lightroom, Premiere)
  • Experienced in social media content creation and marketing
  • Excellent writing and storytelling abilities
  • Able to build rapport with children and camp teams
  • Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or 2+ years in a similar role
  • Current driver's licence and Working With Children Check
