Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Part-time Gaming Attendants to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean gaming environment.

The Role Overview
  • Provide premium customer service, ensuring patrons' comfort is at the highest standard.
  • Deliver beverages to patrons within the gaming rooms in a timely manner.
  • Process payout dockets and perform minor gaming machine maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain high standards of gaming room cleanliness at all times.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Current RSA and RCG qualifications (ARCG preferred).
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences.
  • Strong time management and adaptability skills to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of WH&S principles and ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
