Overview

The Shellharbour Club are searching for motivated Part-time Gaming Attendants who are customer focused, engaging and passionate about developing a career within the hospitality industry.

The Role

As a Gaming Attendant you will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing a high level of customer service ensuring our patrons comfort is at a premium standard.
  • Wait service, including the delivery of beverages to patrons within the gaming rooms.
  • Completion of payout dockets and fixing minor gaming machine faults.
  • Ensuring the gaming room cleanliness is maintained at the highest standard at all times.
Key Skills And Experience For The Role
  • Current RSA and RCG qualifications. ARCG is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of WH&S principles and the ability to be on your feet for up to 10 hours.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, particularly late shifts as we trade until 4am and 6am.
